With state-of-the-art pressing systems and decades of experience, we set standards in deep drawing. Our highly automated processes enable us to produce even the most complex geometries with maximum precision and absolute process reliability. Whether steel, stainless steel, aluminium or titanium - we process strips with thicknesses of up to 8 millimetres and widths of up to 1,300 millimetres reliably and economically.

This results in components that not only impress with their stability, dimensional accuracy and surface quality, but also considerably simplify further processing. The precise production of semi-finished parts optimises downstream production steps, reduces costs and saves time. From the first prototype through small series to fully automated large-scale production, we guarantee reproducible results that meet the highest requirements in terms of safety, resilience and durability.

Forming technology with maximum flexibility

Our range of services covers the entire process chain: Thermoforming, punching, bending, punching, stretching or stretch forming - all in a continuous workflow. Transfer presses with table lengths of up to 6,100 mm enable several transfer steps within one machine. This ensures efficiency, quality and shorter throughput times.
