    Establishment of the company Fischer & Kaufmann. The company’s business focus was on manufacturing vehicles.
  • 1960

    Expansion of production portfolio to tubular bushings and tubular forming components.
  • 1976

    Beginning of widening the production area and machinery. Both aspects continually expanded during the subsequent years.
  • 1984

    Acquisition of the first forming automatic machine
  • 1995

    Purchase of production installations for the manufacture of belt pulleys
  • 1999-2001

    Structural expansions and expansion of machinery
  • 2004

    Commencement of supply of components for flue gas systems
  • 2005

    Founding of Fiuka Polska Sp. z o.o.
  • 2007

    Production start in the plant in Poland
  • 2008

    Entry into supply tumbled components for gearboxes
  • 2011

    Entry into servo-press technology and expansion of engine and gearbox component manufacturing

    Structural expansion of tool shop in Poland

    Further expansion of gearbox component manufacturing

    First orders for electric mobility.
